Price was known as one of the league's most consistent shooters. He finished his career with a 90.4% free throw shooting percentage, placing him as the league's all-time leader in this statistical area, and a 40% three-point field goal shooting percentage. During the 1988–89 season, Price became the third player, along with Larry Bird and Reggie Miller, to shoot at least 40% from three-point range, at least 50% from the field and at least 90% from the free throw line. Price ranked consistently among the assist leaders (as of April 2009, he is the Cavaliers all-time leader with 4,206), twice won the Long Distance Shootout, and was a four-time All-Star. Price was named to the All-NBA First Team after the 1992–93 season. Price currently ranks second in franchise steals with 734, a Cavaliers record that stood until December 9, 2008 when LeBron James surpassed him.
For his career, Price ranks first among all Cavaliers in three-point field goals made and attempted, assists, steals and free throw percentage. He also ranks among the top 10 all-time in franchise history in points scored (3rd), three-point field goal percentage (3rd), free throws made (3rd), field goals made (4th), field goals attempted (4th), games played (5th), free throws attempted (5th) and minutes played (5th). Price was named to the Cavaliers’ All-Time Starting Five by 32 members of the Northeast Ohio media during the Cavaliers 30th Anniversary season. He was also the leading vote-getter on the Cavs All- Time Team, as voted on by the Cleveland fans. The Cavaliers retired his jersey on November 13, 1999.

Sasha is still available.

Only a matter of time then before Sasha gets selected ahead of McGrady in the NBA Greats thread.
IMO, he has as much of a chance at getting picked as a zero playoff series winning, injury prone, whining, quitter like T-Ouch.

With the last pick in the 5th round of the draft, I select T-Mac:
Tracy McGrady, SG
While he gets a bad rap nowadays because of his playoff failures, he's the only 2-time scoring champion available, and I don't need his leadership skills. I need him to put the ball in the hole and to create openings and shots for the rest of my team. He's more than capable of doing such a thing and in fact, McGrady is one of the best pure scorers in the league's history. He has already amassed more than 17000 points and is just now turning 30. As a scorer from the SF position on my team, McGrady turns the draft's toughest defense into a threat at both ends of the floor.

I'd normally let that comment go or at least here you out on it, but this is an NBA Greats Draft thread....some of us, well I know I do, have 3 or 4 better scorers on just one team!
McGrady is a new age scorer, volume volume volume.
You gotta do what you gotta do I guess.

Pete Maravich is gone and he did drink himself out of the league.

Isn't Sikma still the only center ever to lead the league in FT % ?

I agree on the slow drafters part, sheesh guys.
I am too far into it to send to the grave though, I'll play this thing out myself now if I have to.
