I guess someone had to start this thread. Despite the hangover from last nights celebration, the beginning of the grilling/smoking season "officially" begins this weekend.
Very lucky that the local grocer here has all bone-in steaks at $3.99 per pound
Last night - smoked pork loins, grilled T-bones
Today - not sure, probably beer can chicken
Sunday - Smoked brisket and ribs
Monday - Check cholesterol, probably grilled bone-in ribeyes
