Anyone got any quick and easy recipes for grilled chicken? I'm going to throw some chicken on the grill tonight for me and the wife and am not going to have a lot of time to marinate and what not.

Even if you marinate it for just 15-30 minutes it'll make a world of difference.
You can do the Italian dressing stand by.
For something quick I like
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (coarsely ground)
1/2tablespoon sugar
pinch of salt(Kosher)
mix together and either pour over chicken in a bowl/pan or place chicken in a freezer bag and pour liquid in
good for 1 1/2 pounds of chicken
Galley Boys are slop on top of a so-so burger and a bun you coulde get from a Covneninet food mart generic pack. They the Antoine Joubert of burgers; soft, sloppy, oozing grease and cheap sauce and extremely overrated by a biased fan base. Proof that if you throw enough cheap sauce shit on a burger you still can't overcome the lame burger. -JB

I think this has come up before, and while I like that marinade, I just keep it even simpler:
Lemon juice
Soy sauce
Hot sauce
Pepper
Olive oil
Especially if you're only going to marinade for 1/2 hour, as there's no way that the solids are going to dissolve in time to get in the meat.
