Pasta salad

Looking for a good simple pasta salad recipe, one that will work with pepperoni as I don't necessarily like a pasta salad totally devoid of meat.

serves 4-6

2 cups uncooked tricolor spiral pasta
1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
1 cup coarsely chopped cucumber
1 small tomato, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
28 pepperoni slices
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup zesty Italian salad dressing

I substitute Red Wine Vinegar dressing from time to time
