If you are, where are some of the more reputable ones?
If you are not, please tell me why they are gross.

Valid point.
But I have three words for you:
Rio Seafood Buffet
Vegas buffet, $40, AYCE lobster tail, Snow crab legs (hot/cold), tuna steak, shucked oysters, sushi, raw bar, plus the regular buffet crap you speak of above.
Angioplasty kits are at the bottom of the butter barrel.
In fact, the Rio's regular buffet is one of the best in Vegas for my money.
If I'm spending your money the Bellagio Seafood buffet is at a whole new level.
PS- Lead pipe still holds the unofficial Sahara Casino breafast/brunch buffet record of number of pieces of chocolate pie consumed in a 4 day stay.
Easily 2+ whole pies.

I was just coming on here to ask the same question. I heard that the Chophouse has a great spread, but Im not sure how expensive it is. Also, the Hilton hotel downtown has a great breakfast buffet too. If anyone has any info on the Chophouse (or a better breakfast buffet), please post it here so i can go for my anniversary in a couple weeks.
