1. Heat a couple tablespoons of vegetable oil on high for 1 min, add about 10 cloves of fresh chopped garlic and some of those red chiles that you use to season food, but really shouldn't eat.
2. Take a 1 lb pork tenderloin and cut it into thin strips. Add to the oil/garlic/chiles mix after they have cooked together for a couple minutes. Keep the heat at high.
3. When the pork is cooked (5 min or so), add some shredded carrots, broccoli florets, and green onions.
4. Season with some salt and pepper. Cook another 5-6 min or so.
5. Remove from heat. Toss with about 3 tablespoons of soy sauce. Serve over white rice.
