Tune in for myself and co-host Tom Kennish to update you on the National Hockey League season so far at 8:30 this Wednesday night. That should be our time slot for the rest of the season, so tune in or download the podcast after the show.

Call in and ask questions or just fuel the discussion, (646) 716-8012.

Also, live game updates and analysis on the Columbus Blue Jackets game on FSOhio against the Phoenix Coyotes. With a 7 p.m. start time, there may be time for post-game analysis as well.

You can get the podcast from there or listen to the show just from going to the website and letting it play through.

Like I said, every Wednesday from here on out outside of November 26 and December 3 where we will be taken over by Tony Lastoria and Paul Cousineau's Smoke Signals.

Thanks for listening.

Just a reminder. Tune in again this Wednesday as we talk about the Jackets good play over the weekend, the firing of Barry Melrose, and our thoughts on shootouts to decide NHL games.

This week's show will be Thursday night at 8:30. It's moved to Thursday while Tony Lastoria and Paul Cousineau run this week's installment of Smoke Signals. We will be back on our regular time and date on the 10th.

This week, we'll finish up our discussion on shootouts to end games. We'll also discuss Brian Burke's move to the Leafs, the Jackets stretch of average play and what they can do with Pascal Leclaire if Steve Mason continues to be the guy, how they can fix their powerplay, and much much more.

Make sure to tune in THURSDAY night at 8:30.

We're back on our regular night this week, Wednesday at 8:30. This week we'll actually get to finishing our shootout discussion with possible point system changes, the Jackets disappointing west coast swing, and much more. Also, we'll examine if Ken Hitchcock is on the hot seat, and if not, should he be? All that and more this week at 8:30 on Wednesday night.

This week, we'll be running our show live at 2 p.m. due to some scheduling conflicts with my co-host and I. Hopefully, this will help some you working folk with computer access out and you can avoid listening to the talking heads on the radio and tune in to our show.

The archived podcast will be up right after for those used to listening at the later time.

This week, Tommy and I will be discussing the Jackets promising results in a couple of home contests, the World Junior Championships in Ottawa from Dec. 26 to Jan.4 where we'll talk about Team USA's roster, a chance for a medal, and their competition. We'll also close the book on Sean Avery, talk about Mats Sundin's potential new address and the Winter Classic that will run on January 1 from Wrigley Field featuring the Red Wings and the Blackhawks.

Hope everybody can tune in!

The show is up and archived. We'll be back on January 7 with the next installment of the show.

Excuse the first two and a half minutes or so, we had some technical difficulties. Tommy was operating the switchboard for the first time as I was unable to be near a computer.

Seems like forever, but we'll be back on the air tomorrow night, the 7th, at 8:30. We'll finish up with some post-tournament World Juniors recap, the Jackets play of late including Mason's chances at not only the Calder Trophy for best rookie in the NHL, but also the Vezina. Also on the show, the recap of the Winter Classic and rumors that the Jackets might be looking at Nik Antropov or Antoine Vermette from Toronto and Ottawa respectively in trade talks.

Back on the air again tonight. Plenty to talk about with the Jackets holding down the 8th spot in the Western Conference with their recent 3-game winning streak. We'll ponder the question of what has happened to the Pittsburgh Penguins, as well as try to explain why pushing an official is only a three game suspension. Also, we'll try to figure out what Nikita Filatov has to do to get ice time, what makes the Jackets the best defensive 5-on-5 team in the league, and much much more.

Tune in at 8:30. The show can also be accessed by clicking the flashing "On Air" button in the left column on the TCF main page.

Our show will be moving to the 8 p.m. time slot on Wednesdays now. Note the change. We're going to be adding more programming and putting a half hour between shows, hence the change.
