IIRC, Miller was in BA's top 20 last year...was his drop due solely on the injury? I thought, after a somewhat shaky start in MV, he responded with a strong season.

Also, do players closer to their MLB ETA get better grades, on average...or is it a list on pure potential?

The drop does have a lot to do with the injury. They are still pretty high on him from some of the emails I have had back and forth with Kline and Callis.....but even though he is supposedly 100% recovered, he still had a down year last year.

And, I am not sure ETA makes all that much difference in the rankings. Most all of the Top 100 guys are established prospects who are in AA/AAA or who have an ETA to debut sometime in the next two years.
