What an exciting final day of the season in the Championship! I'm disappointed that Hull will have to settle for the play-offs, but hell, who would've thought we'd even be in contention for an automatic promotion spot at the start of the season?

Who is Hull's playoff tie with?

BP, congrats again on another great season. It'll be good to have West Brom back in the big show. Perhaps this time they'll have enough to stay awhile.

We got Watford. I think it's winnable, but you never know with the playoffs.

Derby's big problem was that they made some absolutely horrid signings. They signed Earnshaw for as much as Rovers got Santa Cruz.

I'm really worried that if Hull get promoted they'll end up like Derby. I doubt Fergie would send Fraiser Cambell out on loan to us again.

Is it confirmed that Derby is the WORST Premier team ever? I mean GD of -69!!! Come on!

And the Browns' cousins (Aston Villa) performed well this year. 6th place.

Out of curiosity, who did they defeat? In their single victory, I mean.

I believe that qualifies AV for the prelim rounds of UEFA next season, if I'm not mistaken.

Blackburn Rovers finished just behind AV. Friedel had yet another good campaign. He's gotta be winding it down in the EPL. Perhaps another couple of years and he'll finish back in the states and go on with his work building his Academy.

And AV's counterpart, Birmingham City, didn't make the relegation cut. Sucky to be them.
