Does anyone know who does the games over XM radio.

Also, with the Indians switching to FASTBALL, who will take over the TV telecasts? For the love of all that's holy, tell me John "I'm the most boring human being on the face of the earth" Sanders will not return for the 2006 season.

XM feeds are the WTAM team, Hamilton, Underwood and Hegan.

Word is, the new TV broadcast team will be the old one....Sanders, Manning and Hegan.

Thinking very hard about getting XM. Would really like to hear all the MLB programming they have.

qwerty, nothing beats listening to Hammy on a dog-day summer afternoon.

Not to do a commercial for XM or anything, but it is very very sweet. Not living in Ohio anymore, it's an almost must have for a Tribe fan. Just to hear Dibble over the radio again is worth the purchase.

Dibble was priceless on the Dan Patrick Show. Really miss him. Is it true he got Ichiro's portrait tattooed on his ass after some sort of bet?

qwerty, mind filling me in on some of the MLB programming they have? My dad has Sirius, which has the NFL contract, but I prefer MLB, and just wanted to know what sort of shit they have going on. (who has shows, what type of shows...)

thanks.

(btw, qwerty, are you who i think?)

Not living in Ohio? Can't you log on and listen to Hamilton. I turn down the tube and listen to the radio.

Negative my friend, MLB.com has the rights to the WTAM team when it comes to the information-super-highway. If you want to hear Hamilton and the boys over the internet, you must buy a season of radio through mlb.com. It's only around 15 bucks.

Upside, you get every game for every team. Downside, your dependant on a computer and must be near one to hear the game.

XM vs Sirius

It's toatally a personal preference. Both have strengths and weakness.

XM - MLB, ACC, Pac-10, PGA, NHL, NASCAR(switching to Sirius in 2007, if you care), Tony Kornheiser Show
Sirius - NFL, NBA, SEC, NCAA tournament, Howard Stern

Both share Big 10 sports

XM has an entire channel dedicated to everything MLB. This is where Dibble's radio show plays M-F.

Sirius has a entire channel dedicated to everything NFL. Don't know much about it, but I'm sure it's well done also.

yes, lebowski, it is I. I love this site fellas. It's been a long time comming for something like this. I want a job here. lebowski, put in a good word for me.

This is what irks me. You have to give up something either way you look at it. Unless you are a baseball fanatic like me, Sirius is for you.

Thanks for the info qwerty.

I'm seriously thinking about xm. Sounds like they have solid MLB programming...and I didn't know they have Kornheiser...which is huge.
