We do this on the Cavs Boards and Sports Talk Central, where I regularly visit, and it's alot of fun.

I'll limit this draft to 12 participants, with 5 rounds, giving each person a 5 women team, and 60 women total. Draft order will be set random once all 15 participants are accounted for and will be in snake order to be fair. When draft is concluded, voting will commence.

Yeah, I definitely understand that most of all the posters here are adults at work. Which is totally fine. How about with every pick, you post two tasteful photos of your pick, and then link two more revealing photographs... if your heart so desires.

You draft your team of women you think are attractive... after drafting is over, brackets are set, voting begins (by non-participants), so on and so forth, and a winner of the 1st annual TCF hottie draft is awarded a sig medal with their name on it.

Another variant is a rock band draft.

These drafts have done really well on the other two (really great) boards I've been at... with nobody questioning it or having a problem with it. I thought it'd be the same here... I was shocked to see that so many guys are like "omg, what is this, what a waste of time."

It's all in good fun. Sheesh.

If you don't want to draft your team, fine, whatever. Would you participate in voting for winners when the time comes? I hope so.

I think this bracket can't be any more lame than "Greatest College Football Uniforms" won by those cutting edge unis of - the Fighting Irish of ND. Yes sports fans, that's like having a hot chick bracket and then voting Laura Dern as your winner. Anyway, this idea may have been better placed in the Movies, Music and Pop Culture. Just sayin'.
