It says that I need to be available for a two week period, however the Monday following the date of my summons I start classes for my second year of college. Does anyone (maybe a lawyer) know if I will be excused for this? Being that I have a 4.0 and am working towards going to medical school, it would really affect my grade if I started out the fall semester a week behind. Thanks for your help.

It wouldn't be such a big deal if I wasn't taking stuff like human physiology and organic chemistry. Those classes I know that I need to do well in because those are classes that will be looked at when it comes to getting into medical school.
