Cleveland Traffic Website

Unread postby GreatGoo » Mon Sep 24, 2007 1:10 pm

Does anyone know of a good and effective Cleveland traffic website that i can use to choose if i want to either take 480 or 90 to and from work?

Thanks in advance!

anything I have seen tends to be very far behind. They will tell you about an accident well after it has happened and already caused a traffic jam. If you are going from Rocky River to downtown Cleveland 90 or the Shoreway will almost always be faster than 480. 90 now has "sun glare" every morning on the way into downtown which really slows traffic down (probably the same for 480 as well).

The sun glare thing kills me. The sun comes up every morning and glares on people's windshields in the exact same areas every day. Somehow, people are still not prepared for this and slam on their brakes every time the sun shines causing massive traffic jams. Very frustrating

Dude, stay away from 480 in any direction. It is ALWAYS a mess.

LOL

This morning 90 had that sun glare problem. People are moron. Put your sun visor down and put the shades on.

480 blows sack. I hate it. But its quick to my house if there are no problems.

The thing about traffic the gets me is the difference in traffic build up from one day to the next, or on specific days of the week each week.

For IE: Last week on 90 west around 3:45pm there was relatively nothing M-W. Then Thursday it was ridiculous, yet no accident, no construction or detours, no nothing out of the ordinary?

WTF did everybody in the city have a job that day.

Today same thing, and tomorrow it will be like a ghost town.

Makes no sense what so ever.

Same with those certain spots that traffic slows down for no reason. No big inclines, no speed traps or on ramps. But traffic slows 10pmh minimum as a whole, WTF, get out of my way. :-0
