The whole thing about it being a tax now, any candidate would be stupid as fuck not to run with that. Especially seeing as how dumb and irrational so much of the voting block is, or would that be are.

Another huge expansion of the welfare state - all under the blanket of "tax" when, at it's core, it's simply another entitlement program the country cannot afford. Welcome to Social Security II. DC cannot make you eat your vegatables but can levy a tax if you don't. Do all Americans deserve health care? Yes. Was this the way to do it? No.

BTW, just because it's constitutional does not make it a good law. Most of the celebrants are ignoring the fact that the "poison pill" provision was struck down - states can opt out and not be penalized. Good luck with that.

The only ones getting the short straw are those over 200K. They won't feel the extra tax anyway. Just donate some $ to a charity to break even.

Erie most reports have projected the middle class will carry these costs (as usual), so how do you see the 200K crowd being the ones as screwed over....you don't think 200K is middle class (as Obama and McCain do)?

What the 200K crowd might have to fork over is nothing more than some disposable income, sympathy for that crowd in regards to this bill simply won't exist.
