I like the way its going to look. They're saying an average of 13,000 people a day. Really good news for e 4th and other nearby business. I can see a lot of people coming in from the suburbs, grabbing dinner downtown then hitting the casino.

I'm thinking the Higbee building location should be considered as permanent home, instead of building something new. Let that area live and breath a little more, grow from there.
