Does anybody here suffer a degree of sciatica?

What stretches and exercises can I do to help prevent a flare up?

Find a regulation size softball and stand with your back to a wall and the softball between the wall and the lower back. Roll the ball around the lumbar region using the wall to assist.

Quad and hamstring stretches as well as calf stretches are also excellent to decompress the nerves in that area.

I started reading this and automatically assumed that once you mentioned softball and back to the wall that you would continue w/ hitting said softball hard at BtB. The pain from taking a seed off a double wall would make him forget the sciatica.

Are we seeing a more compassionate peeker?
Galley Boys are slop on top of a so-so burger and a bun you coulde get from a Covneninet food mart generic pack. They the Antoine Joubert of burgers; soft, sloppy, oozing grease and cheap sauce and extremely overrated by a biased fan base. Proof that if you throw enough cheap sauce shit on a burger you still can't overcome the lame burger. -JB

I think you're seeing an older, physically degenerating guy whose only softball these days involves such stretches and pain relieving attempts. ;-) ;)
