Why would he owe the officer an apology? I mean, it's not like he ruined the guys life for a few months or put him through hell or anything.
I got this one rule. I never go out with girls who say "bitchin'".

I think it should have remained part of the plea deal. 'bout time the reactionaries get some pie in the face.
