1.) Explain to me when you came to the realization that you hated Steelers and their fans?

1994 when they beat the Browns three times, including the 29-9 can they opened up in the Divisional Playoffs. Prior to that season I actually disliked the Oilers and Bengals more than the Steelers because the former two were usually bigger threats to Cleveland.

Not so good. Kent is ranked 9th in D-II, Region V, and the upcoming schedule is weak. The Riders can easily win out and still miss the dance. We need Kenston and Southeast to come through for us with some second-level points. Can't believe we lost to Field and Ravenna.

1) When I noticed one of their colors was the same as scUMs. I don't really hate their fans that much.

1- I went to college in Erie, Pa. Everyone was either from NE Ohio or somewhere between Erie and Pittsburgh. Let's just say you could tell who was from where. Never saw so much flannel at once and a lack of grooming. My freshman year was the fall of '95, it was brutal.

2- Ben and Cowher.

3- Metcalf's two punt returns. There are many, but that one is my favorite.

4- Don't live in the area anymore, really don't follow it. Walsh Jesuit btw.

5- Honey bunches of oats or the generic brand that my wife buys.

1.) Explain to me when you came to the realization that you hated Steelers and their fans?

At first, I didn't understand the rivalry, I shamelessly enjoyed playing with them in Madden as I liked Bettis as a player and enjoyed playing with Kordell Stewart in the game. Never understood the hatred, as the fanbase wasn't really all that prevalent, hated the Rats more because they stole our franchise

Than 05 came, and the 41-0 score came, and I was just frustrated with it all. Suddnely these complete morons just came out of the wood work, a mixture of band geeks, pseudo-tough guys and fat chicks. In between the non-knowledge of the game, the whining about the fact that Tommy Maddox was playing and acting like it was the worst thing to happen in their fanhood (I lived through the 1999 football season, fack orf), It just built up until a hatred was developed. and it was there where I recommitted myself to being a fan of the Cleveland Browns and to be a better fan than those, so when that time will come (in my 60's), that I would be able to claim I had always been there.

Ben Roethlisberger,just is like some cleveland anti-christ, grew up in ohio, hated the browns, grew up much like his front running fanbase in that regard, declined to go to EVERY KIDS DREAM by playing with Ohio State, so he could go play at the wannabe-n'western of the MAC, plays like his idol John Elway, gets away with raping girls, and is in part responsible for their resurangance of fans in NEOhio.

December 20, 2009. I was watching this with friends, we all didn't expect much, and the Browns pull the biggest upset I'd ever seen. We then proceed to trash talk anyone associated with being a Steeler fan.

6-2, 2 games left..4th in the region.

When we were both about 7 and my dickhead next-door neighbor was a huge Steeler fan living nowhere near the border, and it was a combination of his love for the colors and the fact that they were winning Super Bowls like crazy.

Todd Blackledge. Dude went to my high school, and ending up being a backup QB for the Steelers.

Kosar leading the Browns to the first win at Three Rivers in that shithole's history.

Not good this year, but it was only two years ago Hoover fell to St. Ed's in the semifinals.

1980. Row YY upper deck far right field in CMS. Watched Ozzie score the winning TD from Sipe and win the division and end their SB run. Close 2nd was Web in 86 ending the 3 rivers curse.

End of a long, long unprecidented historical run. But the QB is a JR and his big bro plays Sundays behind Brady, the JV is 7- 0 and thye wildkittens took out Glenville, altho Ginn doesnt tend to move the poor boys into his home from around Ohio until 10th grade, so who knows?
