SRT8 Challenger sells for cheap on ebay, dealer back out ens

This seems to happen every few months. A guy won a Challenger fair and square for $29k. The MSRP is $48k so the dealer is trying to back out of the deal, saying that someone made a mistake and didn't use a reserve price.

Of course a winning eBay bid is a binding contract. Would they expect to be able to back out at a B&M auction?? It even says this on their own listing:

Disclaimer: This auction is a legally binding contract to buy this vehicle. All vehicles are sold as-is unless otherwise specified. I have done my best to accurately describe this vehicle. It is up to the buyer to come see and further inspect the car before the end of the auction."
