Anyone have any recommendations on cheap web hosting?

Depending on what your looking for, I hosted my dad's business website (and had the company email go through) inmotionhosting.com. Reliable and cheap. The only time I had a email problem was when there was a power outage at the company and the computer wasn't downloading the email.

Basic, some limitations, but reliable and no issues to date depending what you're looking for it to do.

1&1 Hosting or Hostpapa. Those seem to be the cheapest that I've seen.

I have used Bluehost for over a year and love it, easily loads wordpress files to create easy webpages. I've loved it and host many different sites using it.
