7/7/09 Game Thread found in the Library

Now that the Indians season is over and I have nothing else to do, I went in the TCF Library and read the entire Game Thread from the 7/7 game against the White Sox. What a convergence of weirdness that made this thread an absolute classic. Obviously the powers that be were very wise when archiving this. When you get a chance, read through it. Incredible.

Anytime someone melts down and someone like Swerb, Mitch, etc are laying the smackdown on them it usually makes for a great read. :pop:

I believe there have been about 3 DA honks banned within about 3 weeks if I'm not mistaken.

Top 10 thread of all time IMO. It just went from 0-60mph in the drop of a hat.

My favorite post of the thread (in addition to DrPoove just being oblivious to NMonsters little insanity game), and where I seriously almost fell off the chair and hit my head:

We still talking about Dingle Stetson?

When are we not talking about him? He was a man's man. Bear fighter, hard drinker, and the best snow tuber this side of Big Bone Lick State Park. That's a real place BTW, Google it, it's in Kentucky.... Of course.

Fucking 'snow tuber'. That goddamn post and seeing that line makes me laugh out loud months later.

That was the best thread i've ever been apart of. I was laughing so much my wife thought I was stoned.

It started normal, then it took a hard right down crazy street.
