Time killing websites

I know we already have Failblog, FML and of course that old favorite theclevelandfan.com, but I thought this would could be more or less a directory of great time wasting websites. Let me add my new favorite

In the end, we're all "only for a limited time," you guys.

Some of my friend love the /b/ board at 4Chan, it's too weird for me, there are no rules, there are perverse pictures and incredible racism. Some of the Battletoad Gamestop prank calls are funny.

Absolutely nothing beats Sporcle for killing time.

The Home run game is kinda fun, you have to balance the drunk with your mouse:

They have a game called "Kitten Canon" and "Bombay Taxi":

I like www.popurls.com

It's the ultimate aggregator of information. You can basically browse the entire internet of relevent news in about 15 minutes.

www.miniclip.com is cool too.

Try 'On The Run', that's my favorite game.

A friend sent me this from 4Chan, it's part of the Philosoraptor series, and yes I know it's sexist.

4chan is a site that I think is designed to drive you insane. Especially /b/. However, I've found that opening interesting threads in a new tab lets you follow a discussion without trying like mad to find it again later. They had an epically tasteless 9/11 thread that I wish I could find again, but I saw it at work and don't have any way to find it now.

My friends love 4chan, they always send me links. The /b/ board is anarchy defined. One post might be about how a guy stuck a beer bottle up his wife's ass (with pictures), the next post might be why a guy thinks slavery was good. That is the /b/ board. It's not my thing, too crazy for my tastes. It's full of computer nerds and hackers. But still I get sent these links, some of the Battletoads Gamestop prank calls are good, some of the Philosoraptor stuff is funny, the Xzibit "Yo Dawg" stuff was pretty stupid.

Like I said, it's enough to drive you insane if you try and follow it, but I love the stuff that's come from there. /b/ has given us LOLcats and FAILs, which is enough for me.

Speaking of Time Killer websites, www.encyclopediadramatica.com is like a look into the dark arsehole of the internet, in a wiki format. Explanations of every web meme, the chans, although it's all presented in a rather crude language (i.e. if you are offended by racist, sexist, and generally misanthropic language, stay far, far away).

See, I didn't know /b/ was where FAILs were created.

The "Over 9,000 Battletoads" bit was pretty funny.

Oops. According to ED, FAIL was created by Slashdot. I think 4chan modified into what we see on FailBlog, though.
