Empire Records, a film from 1995. Just watched it for the 1st time.
Funny, great music, and a great cast ... including Liv Tyler and Renee Zellweger, both of who look gorgeous, and are in mini-skirts the whole flick.
Basically, its the story of a record shop and its employees, on the verge of being bought out by a Music Town. The story of one day, as they try and raise the $$$ to stay in tact.

Thats the best I've ever seen Renee Zellweger look. And Liv Tyler was about 20 in that flick. Their wardobe didn't hurt the film either.

Attention Rex Manning fans, to your left you will notice a shoplifter being chased by night manager, Lucas. This young man will be caught, deep fried in a vat of hot oil and served to our first hundred customers. Just another tasty treat from the gang at Empire Records.

LOVE Empire records. One of those classics for me that I could quote ad nasuem (along with a long list of other movies).
The one thing I will ALWAYS remember about that movie was the scene when the pop star walks into the room with Liv Tyler down to her skivvies.
When the movie came out I was only 15. And I have to tell you that it BLEW MY MIND to find out that women don't always match their underwear. It was earthshattering I tell you.
