I don't know how many Hitchcock fans there are here, but his movies are incredible. I bet if I asked a hundred people to name a Hitchcock movie, the overwhelming majority of those who didn't answer "who?" would name Psycho, and maybe a small minority would answer The Birds.

Damn shame. Right now, on TCM, Notorious, which is Hitchcock's first masterpiece, is showing. He also made such classics as Rear Window, North By Northwest (the final scene is hilarious, but it also has that killer scene with the main character being chased by the crop-dusting airplane that has been parodied about a million times), Vertigo, and Rebecca. Great movies all.

I'm on board with you.

Too bad we can't get people like swerb to see a movie pre-1970.

He don't know what he's missing.

Hitchcock movies starring the likes of Cary Grant or Jimmy Stewart, sheesh.

Here's another great one. "Dial M for Murder" with Ray Milliand and Grace Kelly!
