The Question of the Century

Unread postby Bill the Butcher » Wed Sep 19, 2012 10:11 am

Okay, not really. But it was quite the argument at work the other day. It eventually became an argument of the difference between talent and success. Talent can lead to success, but just because one is successful doesn't make them talented. Blazay blazay blah.

Anyway, here was the question -- Overall, who is the more talented, well-rounded entertainer... Will Smith or Michael Jackson?

The question isn't who is more successful. Nor is it just about their music. And if it was, it's an obvious no brainer. Take into account everything; music, movies, television, the quality of, etc, etc.

Frankly, I'm astounded that this was titled "Question of the Century." I wouldn't even call it "Question of This Wednesday."

The question should be, why does BtB take 6 months off between posts?

It took him 6 months to come up with that one, and you want him to post more often?

Would have been well suited for Lars. Nobody will ever equal the musical genius of Michael Jackson. He burned his head off to entertain us and that was just a commercial.

LOL. Well, if you must know, I've been busy serving our great nation half way across the world. It's currently 6:28 AM here at Yokota AB, Japan. Greetings from the Land of the Rising Sun!

Likely excuse...Furls posted more often and he was in a submarine for like 16 years.

Even with your spotty post history, thanks for the service.

I think the question should be was it more awesome when Berdych beat Federer in the US Open or when Murray beat him in the Olympics?
It's only progress if you eventually get somewhere.
