I believe that Snoop was a street kid growing up. I can't remember if she was into acting before that role or if she was plucked up for it. Either way, she was just fantastic in it. Easily one of the most compelling characters of Season 4. She's actually on my list of people for my movie.

Pretty sure that chick killed someone before she was on the show. She was a gangster from way back IIRC. Baltimore gangster too. Sorry, "Bah-mer."
