Pulp Fiction, Revenge of the Sith, Jackie Brown ... three great films.

Totally forgot he was "Stacks Edwards" in Goodfellas. And never knew he was Eddie Murphy's uncle in the opening scene to "Raw".

Love this guy as an actor, even though he takes crap roles just to work. His characters in Jackie Brown and Pulp Fiction is Sammy Jackson at his best.

One awesome flick, but damn is that a list or what? A working man's actor.

I'll agree with Time to Kill, but he also did a great acting job in Changing Lanes...probably one of the few movies with Ben Afflack that I can tolerate.

True story: I did not see all of Game 7 of the World Series b/t the Tribe and Marlins. Why, you ask? Because HBO was playing "A Time To Kill". I got hooked while flipping during a commercial, and ended up flipping between that movie and the game the rest of the way. If a movie can get that level of attention from me, it must be good... and Jackson's performance as the father/killer was a huge reason why.

Pulp Fiction is the first time I really noticed him. I saw him play Stacks Edwards in Goodfellas, but it was just a bit part and easily forgotten. PF was obviously a superb performance by SJ. It will be remembered for years & years.

Jackie Brown--another great job turned in by him. He's perfect playing the lowlife pimp type. "AK-47. The very best there is. When you absolutely, positively got to kill every motherf***er in the room, accept no substitutes."

Changing Lanes--shows broad versatility. He can shine in so many different personas.

I would say Time to Kill and Die Hard With a Vengeance are his two best. The banter between him and Willis in Die Hard is often hilarious.
