Just watched Moon

Directed by Bowie's kid, it is one of the best sci-fi movies I have seen in years.

Sam Rockwell is terrific (as usual) in the lead role and the movie has a definite 2001 (the movie) feel to it.

Go rent it now.

yes, great movie. i thought it was more of a cross between "castaway" and "2001 a space odyssey" though. sam rockwell did an awesome job as he basically had 90% of the speaking parts in the movie with kevin spacey's voice having the rest. although the woman who played his wife on the taped messages from earth was certainly hot with a capital va-va-voom. would have been a nice touch to have some pink floyd "dark side of the moon" songs in the movie too. oh well, can't have it all i guess.
