Can't get it to open or uninstall on one laptop (but it's fine on another) so that I can download new version.
Any thoughts or advice.
Anyone familiar with Windows Installer Cleanup Utility and if there is any danger with that removing shit I actually need?

Can't really help you, but I thought I'd add that I had trouble installing the new version, as well...couldn't do it for months.
I couldn't get it to work until after I got a new computer. So I guess that's an option if everything else fails.
