Bored to Death

Anyone catch this? New comedy series on HBO starring Jason Schwartzman (AWESOME), Zach Galifanakis (pretty awesome), and Ted Danson.

First ep aired this week. Pretty solid, not great, but seems like it has a lot of room to grow and improve. If it lasts then it could become really excellent (not Curb, but better than Conchords).

I saw it. Pretty funny but as you said, slow. Most first episodes of series seem to be slow because they're setting up the whole series. Californication was an exception to this rule. Anyway, wherever Zach Galifinakis is, I want to be.
