Made me very happy.
Movie was basically an animated musical and alot of fun to watch. This will be a must buy for my DVD collection, for the family.

From all indications, it's a pretty good movie.
But as I don't have any kids under 18 in my house, I'm not sure if I'll hit it or not. Hell, I still haven't seen Cars, Ice Age 2, or even Finding Nemo.
Last animated flick I liked was The Incredibles.
Started watching Robots on HBO...turned it off after 45 minutes.

Finding Nemo is sweet and so is Ice Age 1 and 2
Just bought Cars on DVD for my daughter and plan on watching it soon.
I'm glad to see the post on Happy Feet, not going to see it now due to it being a "musical"
I'll wait to rent it
Thanks

I am honestly not sure I would classify this one as a kid's flick. While it will definetly appeal to some, I think it could actually scare very young kids with some of the attacking leapord seal and killer whale scenes.
Great flick none the less.
Cars is also a great movie. Love the whole Route 66 angle in that one. Cars is definetly for the younger croud but Pixar always seems to be able to work enough inside adult jokes into their movies to make them appeal to adults too.

I still think Toy Story 1 and 2 are the two best animated flicks of all time. If I am surfing the TV and they are on, I always watch whether or not my kids are present. They really started the whole animation trend where you incorporate some adult related jokes or references. Works beautifully.
