Just wondered what the consensus is about this weekends games? Looks like the gamblers are betting the underdogs, since both lines have been going down. Seattle started at -6 and are now -3 1/2. I still like Pittsburgh to beat Denver straight up, since they are the hottest team in the playoffs right now. Just wondering what people thought about the Carolina/Seattle game. Swerb, got a winner for me?? Kinda like Atlanta over Carolina in week 17??

I'll be playing Denver -3 and Carolina +3.5.

The more I see Denver play, the more I think it's just their year. The Steelers own the patent on Championship Game tank jobs and I don't see this year as being any different.

The Panthers? They took this road two years ago, winning at STL and PHIL en route to the bowl. They are playing so well right now, Steve Smith is absolutely unguardable. Delhomme, like two years ago, has been making great decisions. I don't see Goings as much of a downgrade at all from Foster, and Peppers will play Sunday.

If Im a Seattle bettor, I'm cringing ... waiting to see how Shaun Alexander absorbs those first couple big hits. Unlike last week, they will not be able to win without 25 carries from the league MVP.

Unfortunately Swerb, those two (Carolina and Denver) have already been wagered by me on ezbets.com. So I am with you again this week, just hope it doesn't turn out like the Carolina vs Atlanta game in week 17. One more question, I have a free wager on ezbets, and I was wondering what you thought. Who will score more points Denver or Carolina. Its a free no risk bet, if I win I win $10, if I lose they refund my money.

FightDr, sorry if you don't like my GO MICHIGAN, but I don't think it is a reason to be banned. Just cause I don't like the OSU LUCKEYES (a Skip Baliss reference) doesn't mean I should be banned.
