They have been the best team besides Indy ALL YEAR LONG.
Don't forget about their schedule though. Here is a run-down of their opponents this year...
(from most recent, excluding the play-offs)
GB (W)
Indy (W)
Ten (W)
SF (W)
Phi (W)
NYG (W)
SF (L)
STL (W)
ARI (W)
DAL (W)
HOU (W)
STL (W)
Wash (L)
Ari (W)
... and on and on with these shit NFC teams.
Short of Indy which was a meaningless game, and maybe the Giants (at the time), they have not played a good team all year. Even last week, I think most of that ass-woopin' was that Carolina didn't show up.
I'm torn -- I can't believe that Seattle is as good as they have looked (considering who they have played). But at the same time, I hate to go with the consenses on big games (Pitt).
All of a sudden, I hate this Super Bowl.
