It is not in my genetic fiber to wager on the Stillers. Which leaves me with two options. Bet the Seahawks, or don't bet. Actually, not betting on the Super Bowl isn't an option either ... so I am left with only one choice.

Short of Indy which was a meaningless game, and maybe the Giants (at the time), they have not played a good team all year. Even last week, I think most of that ass-woopin' was that Carolina didn't show up.

I'm torn -- I can't believe that Seattle is as good as they have looked (considering who they have played). But at the same time, I hate to go with the consenses on big games (Pitt).

All of a sudden, I hate this Super Bowl.

I'm gonna throw some money on Seattle.

As FightDr pointed out, they have the best OL in football, and I think that will make a difference on Super Sunday. Most teams that play Pittsburgh start out with the idea of running the ball, but either abandons that by the second half, or keeps at it without much luck, merely to keep the Steelers D honest. With Seattle, I actually think they can run effectively against Pittsburgh. Say what you will about Alexander's toughness, but he is a hell of a back...expecially when running behind Huchinson, Jones, and the rest.

Also, another obvious problem offenses have against Pittsburgh is the blitz. The great Seahawk OL helps here again. It also doesn't hurt that Hasselbeck is mobile enough to avoid the rush, and Mack Strong is a solid FB who can pick up rushers.

BIG SIGH! I hate the Steelers, but i just don't see Hasselhoff beating them I don't see Alexander getting it done either. Watch for that spread to hit -5 if it does POUND the Steelers. -5 is one of those golden numbers that almost ALWAYS wins for the favorite. The last thing I want to see is Jerome "FAT ***" Bettis get a ring, but my wallet comes before my heart

He stated 75% of the bets in Vegas coming in are on Shittsburgh
