Tpcatfox and Lead Pipe control their own destiny. Phase 1 could end up in a 5 way tie with a pickoff determining the winner. In the event of a potential tie, all affected players must post their Sunday picks before the start of the first game.

Tpcatfox - Tpcatfox rode Toronto to his 21st win. Kansas City remains as his last team. A KC win and TPC can do no worse than a tie.

Lead Pipe - Lead nabs his 19th win with the White Sox drubbing of the Tribe. Lead has 3 picks left - New York Yankees, Chicago Cubs and the Minnesota Twins

Swerb - Swerb took an unexpected loss from the Reds in the shocker of the day and needs help to force a playoff scenario. Swerb has the Chicago White Sox left in his arsenal.

GHCS - No play for GHCS. GHCS needs 2 wins and some help to force a tie. He has Minnesota and Toronto left in his stable.

CripplerCrossFace - Crippler grabs a key win with the Blue Jays, his 6th straight winner. Same scenario as GHCS. Crippler has San Diego and Cincinnati left to play.

Other news - Fight Dr has made a very nice run after an 0-4 start. He has gone 17-7 since. Peeker643 started 7-10 and is currently on a 11-1 run.

At least you and Earl were contenders.....I simply had the worst phase ever. This has been a brutal phase for most.

Swerb - a win and a loss by Tpc has you right back in the thick of things. Kansas City will be a tough out for Tpc.

I think the worst of everyone (besides jjgmeyers) for this Phase was Eck who started out 7-0 and then gave up at 10-10. I was actually in last place at one point (0-4) so I didn't do too terrible to get above .500.
