The Jockey didn't whip her once. One of the finest runs, I have ever witnessed.

She will race the Preakness and open at something like 3/2.

Probably means I won't bet. I don't like putting money on a prohibitive favorite and I don't see any horse I'd bet on in a race with her.

The Cajun strikes again.

All people will want to talk about today is how Mine that Bird would have won on a longer track but if you watch the replay RA galloped in at the end. Not her best work, but still a very solid run and cruised in the end. Even if the Belmont is a quarter mile or so longer, I still think you could see a Triple Crown jockey if the track conditions are fair on race day.

Exciting race today. Sets up a great matchup at the Belmont between the filly and Mine That Bird, who just has insane closing speed. That GD horse has cost me so much money with those two late rallies, ruining exotics that woulda fell in line.

My money will be on the filly in two weeks in NY.

Gotta love horse racing.
