Bodog: Bet any team against the Lakers

Wasn't sure where to put this, came across this on BoDog:

Bet on any team to win the title OTHER than the Lakers. If you lose, you'll get a refund (only to be used on Bodog, however). This seems to be a crazy deal, simply because it seems Vegas is heavily favoring the Lakeshow to win it all.

I have no idea what it means if anything since I pretty much never gamble. Yeah, I know you still have to play the games and all, but does this mean Vegas is in fact heavily favoring the Lakers to win it all? And if so, is Vegas ever this far off?
