Calzaghe v Kessler

Unread postby British_Pharaoh » Sat Oct 20, 2007 7:04 am

neither are american so its probably of limited interest to some of you but Joe is gonna make it 22 successful title defenses in November (3 away from Joe Louis' record) and unify the titles in his weight class

Kessler is an under-rated fighter but Calzaghe is one of the best boxers of the last 10 years.

I cant see him going maybe 2 or 3 more fights after this one cos there's nothing left for him to accomplish after his win in November

he says he doesnt want to break Louis' record cos he's a legend but he must have an eye on equaling it

I'm pretty pumped for this fight to be honest.
Calzaghe said if he wins he would like to fight Pavlik.
That would be a must see.
