2. Best non-heavyweight? That is tough. If Roy Jones would have ever had to fight someone, maybe. If DeLeHoya didn't punk out and quit because he thought he was far enough ahead a couple of times it would be him. Pretty Boy Floyd is very good. Am I allowed to include Sugar Ray? Techinically he fough some in my lifetime.
