Would urbz really think that Herbstrait would make a good coach? Spielman? both of which have nothing in regards to how to handle a player and how to coach one up?

I seriously doubt it. I think the money and years thing is bullshit, I think that the staff is bullshit. But the interest is definitely real in my eyes.

Herbstreit already said in an ESPN article he has talked to Urban about maybe being his QB coach.

Right now he's Terry Robiske as far as any validation. We'll see.

But I believe you are talking apples and oranges in the coaching progression ranks. What constitutes NFL ready vs major legacy program ready are two different resumes.
