Response from OSU writers today was interesting...

Many have been operating on the assumption that Wisky was already the favorite in the Leaders Division, even with questions on defense for them, and this move certainly won't hurt that perception...nationally, or among B1G observers.

That said, Wisconsin's offensive style is conservative, stick-to-the-plan, do what you're told...execute the called play, etc. On the other hand, Wilson is a play-maker, but also an ad-libber....a creative, make it up as you go type of player. Some folks are wondering how that all plays out once he hits the field, and competes with more of a "company man" for the starting job.

Their schedule certainly shapes up nicely for a run at an unbeaten season, or at least the Leaders Div title. Nebraska opens conference play in Madison, and after that @OSU and @MSU back-to-back look like their toughest games.

Saw a lot of Wilson because I bet NC State quite a bit this year. Kid's got a tremendous arm and makes good decisions. He's never really faced a defense the caliber of a Big 10/12 one so I'll be interested to see how he adjusts. Kid's thick, really strong build, likes to take it down and run. He was very good on quick throws for NC State, something Wisconsin will probably try to adhere to.

He has better tools than Tolzien, that's for sure.

Wisky just went from 30/1 to 15/1 to win the BCS Title at the LV Hilton in light of the Russell Wilson transfer.
