Random note... most of Alabama has been shut down completely due to massive snow last night (I got 9 inches in Huntsville). All of the local government (and schools) was closed today and tomorrow. Conspiracy theory that God arranged it to give Auburn fans drinking time has been proposed by my fellow meteorologists.

They're wee tiny, I could put their DL in my pocket.

They play in the Pac-10?

Any chance Newton doesn't get the MVP? (seeing as it almost always goes to the QB) even though the Auburn D or OL deserves it...

I substitute teach in Rhode Island. There are lots of Red Sox and Patriots fans. Students ask what my favorite teams are and I always answer honestly and proudly. They almost always laugh, but they are under the age of 14 and have never had a bad team to root for.

When an adult asks the same question, I respond similarly and get the, "ah, you from Cleveland?" and I reply, "yea" and am given his condolences.

However, the cake was taken when I was watching the Browns at a bar and was disgusted/disappointed, etc. The bartender says "yea, I know how you feel" I say, "Oh, really, how so?" his response, "yea, Man, I tell you, losing the Super Bowl twice to the Giants, just really sucked"

I wanted to punch him in his fat face.

Auburn OL just leaning on Oregon DL now and Dyer is breaking some tired-ass tackle attempts.

The last time I heard of anyone getting 9 inches in those parts was when Ned Beatty went rafting.

Thought Cam Heyward deserved it last week too so I see no way in hell Newton ain't getting it.

Sissy southerners. We got 8 inches yesterday and proceeded to live my life as planned.

Not going to argue a few days off. Although my northern guilt may get me into the office tomorrow even with the university closed. 9" without any plows to clear it can be a death knell for some of these guys down here though.

Fairley's draft stock has to be rising still. Too bad the secondary still sucks.

No, I think a few of them are Brandon McDonalds. And I'm pretty sure I saw an Antonio Perkins.

Newton on consecutive throws threw a "Pryor" a pass 3-6 feet above a RB/Dump off
and then
A "Seneca" deep ball that tails off out of bounds

I mean, you can argue how "dumb" the talking heads look about the score, but there is still 900 yards of offense. Lack of execution in the red zone and turnovers.

Oh, I see. just wondering, seems all he ever talks about his how big someone is or isn't..

Not to go all Souldawg, but we need to find a way to make this kid a Brown.

At what position?

Well I was thinking Linebacker unless you think he can beat out Robiskie at WR.

6'2" (yeah right) and 230ish is akinda small for NFL LB no?

Sure, but with that pedigree, I would certainly target the kid.

OU (or are the UO) needs this to be a TD. Shit should have let them score. Such an under utilized strategery.

It's about time an SEC team gets some good luck in one of these NC games.

Thats the bitch of the entire thing. If the NCAA had a sack Oregon would be playing TCU.

I am sure both of them will appreciate that show integrity in two years when Auburn is forced to give up their NC

why don't you kill a few seconds so you ensure Oregon doesn't get the ball back?

I should be the god damn coach of Auburn.

I certainly am not above paying a couple hundred G's to my players.
