Football at Wrigley

Not sure if anyone has seen this, but it seems as if the NCAA is afraid to adopt a playoff, they are not afraid to adopt arena football rules.

Someone is going to get hurt. Hope someone doesnt dive for a ball in the back of the endzone.

Couldn't they quietly shortened the field or something making all the 5 yard lines like 4 yards and 2 feet apart or something. Or, crazy thought I know, change the layout of the field.
In the end, we're all "only for a limited time," you guys.

What a stupid idea. The football is going to hit that railing behind the goal posts.

If it was good enough for Butkus, Ditka, Sayers to play on ....

No different from the hill behind the end zone in old muni except that it's brick and all.

I'm amazed at how they were able to grow all those Allstate logos in the ivy. Genetic scienece is amazing! ;-) ;)
Galley Boys are slop on top of a so-so burger and a bun you coulde get from a Covneninet food mart generic pack. They the Antoine Joubert of burgers; soft, sloppy, oozing grease and cheap sauce and extremely overrated by a biased fan base. Proof that if you throw enough cheap sauce shit on a burger you still can't overcome the lame burger. -JB

I like it actually.

wish they could do stuff like this more often.

Really has an old school feel to it, like this is 1947 and the winner plays the Chicago Bears or something.

also, WAR Bringing back the "Real" College All-Star Game.

Are they going to play "qb for both" also? After a touchdown, is it "loser walks"?

Its purdy easy these days to get out good ole' google maps and use the Distance Measurement Tool to spec out the planned field layout to see if it was going to work. Maybe they did all that, and the coaches said they were fine with it, until they started getting pressured this week, who knows.
