His record at Tech is less than spectacular, but I believe the guy will be successful in the long run at Tennessee. Intelligent, classy, keeps himself around great coaches, and I think his strongest suit is in the recruiting game. When he was at LSU under Saban he had a knack for evaluation prospects in recruiting. There were a ton of middle-tier, 3 star prospects that balled out for LSU at the time.
