Ohio State handles Oregon. Penn State beats LSU. Iowa takes care of the ACC champs. Wisconsin takes Miami Fla out behind the woodshed. Northwestern takes Auburn to OT as a 9 point dog before losing on a failed fake FG.
Michigan State went toe to toe with TTech as a 8 point dog. Minnesota, well, Minnesota doesn't count, do they? (they shoulda won too)
Couple bounces of the ball away from a 7-0 bowl season. 5-2 ATS. Only two loser ATS were Minnesotas choke job and TTech going for it on 4th down up 4 with a min left and scoring.

With all their speed and gimmick offenses, there is no substitute for punching the other team in the mouth. Iowa, OSU and Wisc all did that. I keep telling the coaches here, if they want to send their players to a real school, let me know, I'll give them directions.

Rode the elevator with a big LSU fan. After the standard HNY and all that, I ask him about the Cap One Bowl. First words out of his mouth "Too bad they had to play on that field" LOL. "You mean you didn't get to play a home game on turf in the Super Dome and you're pissed?" "Kinda" he says. LSU fan cracks me up.

I'm not all that certain it would have helped LSU more than PSU.....well, better field I mean. Obviously the Dome would have been a home game.

Troy up 7-0. Bear just peed on his make-shift skis to improve their traction.

Don't hate. You can't fake eating raw deer heart. Or swimming naked across a frozen river. Man vs Wild shows more shriveled dick than the GMAC Bowl. 7-6 Troy.

Bullshit.
You can fake all that.
The coolest thing he ever did was when he hit that rabbit in the neck with his "Indian throwing stick". To me it looked like a stick he decided to throw, not sure what Indians have to do with it.

You know what else (in addition to a dry field) would have helped? Catching the fucking ball when it hits you right in the damned hands, both on offense and defense. But you won't have to worry about that guy for long. Les is going to shed the fan base back down to the die hards in two years. This guy is going to be pulling for the next flavor of the month by that time.
