Not sure I am vehement about anything other than ingesting large quantities of food, but........even if he weren't openly professing his faith, I don't see the big deal about the guy crying, just my opinion. If he wants to be and "everyone look at me" Christian, I have no problem with that either.

Another Tebow moment...

There is a video in the story link. Whatever I think of him if Tress did something like this I'd be all over how classy our guy was. Well Tress is a bit old, but the point is, I think it was a classy gesture.

Edit: fixed the link.

Agreed dmiles.

The kid has his shit together and his priorities right.

Interesting to see how he's mocked or belittled for this. ;-) ;)

Unfortunately Peeker, there will still be some on here who will probably mock him for this genuine act of kindness. I am not sure how many more classy, generous things tebow needs to do before his haters realize he does not have a hidden agenda

You are funny and lame all at the same time.

Nobody would even think of comparing this to his tear flooded sideline photo op.

Anyone catch the 30 for 30 that just aired for Miami, "The U"? Those guys were crying after losing that Fiesta Bowl to PSU in 86. What a bunch of soft girlymen!

I loved that show, thought is was great.

I was a big Miami fan until early mid 90's, they were my second favorite program behind tOSU. Han enough of the crap though so I gave up on them as a rooting interest.

Arguably as dominant a run any college program ever had, should have at least 2 more if not 4 more crowns during the 80s and 90s. They brought a style of on field play that the sport had never seen. One thing that gets over looked is JJ's acceptance and almost encouragement of some of their antics.
