Cavs former legend and current announcer Austin Carr, as a member of Notre Dame, dropped 61 points on Ohio U in the first round of the 1970 NCAA Tournament.

This one game NCAA Tournament scoring record has held up for 37 years, and still stands today.

Durant is unreal. Clearly the best player in college. It isn't even close who the #1 pick will be.

He is a stud, no doubt.
I think he'll need to add some bulk to last 82 games though.

25-1 on that record.
That might be one that never gets broken.

Durant is the best player, however, he is not Clearly the number one pick. By a longshot.

Also, he won't make a run at this because Texas, even though Durant seems unstoppable, don't give himnearly the opportunities he should be getting.
