This kid is supposed to be wicked and is one of the most coveted recruits this year.

Buckeyes 2008 recruiting class is RIDICULOUS. It is nearly as good as this year's.

Crater, Mullens, Buford, and Pryor are all solid verbals. Rumor is that the Buckeyes are in play for Roe, Babbit, and Gates (but will only have scholarship space for one of them and they need some guys to leave early for the NBA to make room, Oden, Cook, Butler).

Furls, what about some kid by the name of Kosta Koufos? 7'1 IIRC. I remember reading something about him a couple months back.

I am talking class of '08, koufos is class of '07. He will be playing next year, presumably after Oden goes pro.

Koufos is really interesting because at 7'1" he has a very VERY good outside game, kind of like Dirk Nowitiski. OSU has another 7 footer in its '08 class, Mullens. Mullens was 7'1" as a sophomore, so I would not be surprised if he showed up in Columbus at 7'3".
