Interesting.
If Antonetti were to get the gig....I wonder if he and Mark can find a common ground to get a deal done for Kearns. Chris obviously knows who is a can't touch player in the Indians system, and who the Indians think has value that they may be willing to part with. I would think Chris likes the familiarity in getting some young Indians talent and/or a ML reliever from his former team.
Shapiro in the past has dealt with GMs of other teams who came from the Cleveland org.

I'm still surprised at how miserably O'Dowd has done out in Colorado. I liked him alot when he was here, and thought he would do well out there. Allegedly he has stocked the farm system, and brighter things are on the horizon ... but it's been a brutal run so far for him.
