Okay, I'm hooked up to do another Q&A with Chris......I want to start compiling some questions to send. I have some already, but this is a shout out everyone else that if you have a question about the Indians farm system (philosophies, players, staff, etc), please feel free to post your question in a reply.

Chris knows the Indians system in and out, and talks to Farrell/Shapiro several times a week. So, if you have a question you'd like answered, he is the one to ask.

We've heard very little on the message boards and in articles regarding J.D. Martin and how he is doing after Tommy John surgery. Any idea when we will see him in action, and will he be starting in Akron when he is ready? Thanks very much - fans in Ridgecrest, CA

If he had to guess, what job titles will these three hold at this time next year, and will it be here?

Thanks Buff. Chris and I have developed a pretty good friendship over the past year or so....so he is easy to "interview" so to speak. Just a cool guy, who I plan to hang out with at ST next year.
