"Walk In" Magic

Unread postby lovsgrady » Sun Jul 15, 2007 11:44 pm

Should the fans stage a "walk in" the opposite of what pirates fans did :?:
During the bottom of the first have everyone who wants to, walk down to their seats as they are introducing the lineup, or whatever they do right before Grady comes up. Can you just hear the announcers saying how it is empty, and their reactions when all of a sudden a large group of people go to their seats with believe shirts and signs. Is this too big to plan, and we couldn't let the media know, that would ruin it...but with the walk offs, pies, the players brought the magic to the Jake, that fans at least need to do something to intensify it. Comeon, make ESPN do a story on the Jake that doesn't involve snow people. Could we do it, and what game could we plan it for... :P :-P

maybe if we get everyone to wear believe shirts or have believe signs or something. This does seem to hard to plan without the media, but it is the idea that counts.

I absolutely love the idea, but without the media getting involved it would be difficult to pull off effectively. We'd need a few thousand people for this to even be a blip on Espin's radar, and word of mouth can only go so far. Blogs and sites like this would help, but the media would likely pick up if it got big enough to notice.

But what an awesome sight that would be to see thousands of fans all strolling to their seats wearing the same shirts and sending a POSITIVE message about this team and city.

we need fans to go to games cause that is where Dolan and everyone will make the money to keep CC. Maybe something like this will draw fans.
